Leadership Staff Training - August 4 to 7, 2026

This is an overnight "off-site" event organized to provide our key staff cadets with essential training; team building; and planning time in anticipation of AY26-27.

Summer Training Camp - August 10 to 14, 2026

This is a team building, leadership, health and fitness training camp for the cadets to setup the tempo of the upcoming year. While old teammates and their coaches get together, this will be a warm welcome for the newcomers. Access detailed information from the Westwood AFJROTC website here. The camp will be held at Westwood campus.

Parent Coffee Social - Friday, August 14, 2026 | 8AM at the AFJROTC building

Come meet other cadet families and learn more about the AFJROTC program. This event is completely FREE and sponsored by the Sky Warriors Booster Club.

Westwood Open House Fundraiser - Wednesday, September 9, 2026

AFJROTC will be hosting a Boba Spirit Night at the Westwood's Open House. We will get 30% of the sales donated back to our program. Please stop by. Lets beat the heat after school near the Band Pad !! 

9/11 Memorial Event - Sunday, September 12th 2026

This event will be held at Hutto High School from 8am to 1pm.

Senior Patch Night - Wednesday, October 7th 2026

Main Event Fundraising Spirit Night - Sunday, October 11th 2026

This is going to be a FUN event with lots of bonding so we hope to see many cadets there!! Cadets MUST sign up for this event and are responsible for their transportation.

Fall Retention Party - Friday, October 23rd 2026

ALL CADETS WELCOME!! It is a great way to socialize, connect and bond with others. ALL FUN!! Booster Club will be providing food for this party.

Spring Fundraiser at COTA - Sunday, March 7th 2027

Parents and cadets can come together to help the COTA visitors with parking for the weekend's racing. This has been a fun and rewarding fund raiser event for past years.
